Our team will ask a few questions to understand your goals, location, and timeline. We'll discuss available shapes, sizes, color options, and how your artwork or text will be integrated. By the end of this step, you'll have a clear picture of what's possible — and a quote you can plan around.

Review & Approve
Once you've given us the green light, our design team creates a detailed Photoshop proof of your custom stone — at no charge. This rendering shows exactly how your text, artwork, color, and finish will appear on the final product.
We send the proof directly to you for review. Need to adjust the font? Swap out the logo? Shift the layout? No problem. We revise until every element is exactly right. Production only begins once you've given your explicit approval — your confidence is the green light.

Build, Deliver & Install
With your design locked in, our craftsmen get to work. Each boulder is constructed from our proprietary engineered stone formula — resistant to cracking, fading, and decades of weather. We hand-finish every detail to match your approved proof precisely.
When your stone is ready, we coordinate a delivery window that works for your schedule. For residential projects, we handle placement and simple installation on-site. Commercial and large-scale installations include foundation setting, footing, and secure mounting — leaving you with a piece that's permanent, theft-proof, and built to stand the test of time.

How long does the entire process take?
Most residential projects are completed in 2–4 weeks from inquiry to installation. This includes the initial consultation, design proof review, production, and scheduled delivery. Commercial or complex multi-piece orders may take 4–6 weeks, especially if permitting is involved. We'll give you a firm timeline estimate during your consultation so you can plan accordingly.
Do I pay upfront or when the stone is delivered?
We typically require a deposit to begin the design and production process, with the balance due upon delivery and installation. The exact payment schedule is confirmed during your consultation. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash. We never start production until you've approved your design proof — so your investment is protected every step of the way.
What affects my lead time most?
The biggest factors are design complexity and proof revision cycles. The faster you approve your proof, the faster we can begin production. Seasonal demand — particularly in spring and fall — can also extend production times slightly. For commercial jobs, permit approvals or site-prep requirements can add additional time. We always communicate any changes to your expected timeline proactively.
Does weather affect installation?
For simple placement and residential delivery, weather rarely causes delays. For installations that require concrete footings — such as large commercial monuments or foundation-set boulders — we may reschedule if ground conditions are unsuitable (frozen ground, heavy rain, or flooding). We always call ahead and work with your schedule to find the best window.
Can I make changes after I've approved the design?
Once production has begun, significant design changes may not be possible. Minor text corrections can sometimes be accommodated before carving begins — contact us immediately if you need a change post-approval. This is why we encourage thorough review of every proof detail before signing off. We'll always flag any concerns we notice before we start cutting.
